Similar in nature to the maranta leuconeura, this "prayer plant" folds its leaves up at night as though it is praying. Its green spotted leaves create a fishbone-like appearance and the red underside and veins of the leaves can be seen prominently when they are "in prayer". Set in the middle of a dining room table, this plant is a striking conversation starter.
LIGHT
Thrives in medium indirect light, but can tolerate low indirect light.
WATER
Water every 1-2 weeks, allowing soil to dry out between waterings. Increase frequency with increased light.
